Custom Orders: Custom orders are made to your unique specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Please review your selections carefully before placing your order. Contact us at customhorsesigns@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Standard Returns (Non-Custom Orders)
- Eligibility: Items purchased from www.customhorsesigns.com may be returned within 30 of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- How to Return:
- Email us at customhorsesigns@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return to request a Return Authorization Number.
- Upon approval, we will provide the return address to ship the item. Include the order number and Return Authorization Number.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- Exchanges: Email us to request an exchange, subject to availability. You cover return shipping unless the exchange is due to our error.

- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
- For approved returns due to our error, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.

We have labeled these resale products with a warning to comply with California Proposition 65. It is your responsibility to ensure that such products resold into California are affixed with these proper warning labels.
